Multi-Family Maintenance Pros

Hey there,
My name is Matt,
Owner & Founder of FaciliTech
I founded FaciliTech because I’ve lived every side of multifamily operations, and I saw the gap.
I’ve served as an Onsite Property Manager, a Regional Manager overseeing multiple communities, and a Facilities Director responsible for maintenance performance at scale. I’ve worked in the field, built budgets, managed capital projects, participated in ownership and asset management discussions, and carried the responsibility of meeting NOI expectations.
And here’s what I learned:
Maintenance is not just a cost center.
It’s one of the strongest drivers of asset performance.
When maintenance teams are reactive, undertrained, or disconnected from the financial side of operations, it shows up in higher expenses, increased loss-to-lease, resident turnover, and reduced net cash flow. I’ve seen it firsthand, and I’ve been in the positions where I knew there had to be a better way.
I believe stewardship matters. We are entrusted with assets, teams, and communities, and how we manage them reflects our leadership.
That’s why I built FaciliTech.
We exist to bring structure, accountability, and proactive systems to multifamily maintenance. I created the FAST™ training framework to equip technicians and supervisors with more than just technical skills. We teach them to understand why their performance matters - how work orders, make-readies, preventive maintenance, and communication all tie directly to NOI and long-term asset value.
Because when maintenance teams understand the mission, not just the task, performance rises.
When your maintenance team thinks like operators, everything changes.
My leadership philosophy is rooted in servant leadership, integrity, and faith-driven principles. I believe strong operations are built on discipline, clarity, stewardship, and doing the right thing - even when no one is watching. Excellence isn’t accidental; it’s intentional.
If you’re an owner or operator who believes maintenance should protect your asset, strengthen your team, and drive performance instead of draining it, we should talk.
FaciliTech exists to serve operators who want more than reactive maintenance.
It exists to build teams that operate with purpose, accountability, and excellence.
That’s why FaciliTech exists.
God Bless,
Matt
