Program Overview

A structured one-year training and employment pathway for non-violent previously incarcerated individuals pursuing stable careers in multifamily maintenance.

Program Structure

Phase 1 - Months (0-3):
Foundational technical training, workplace professionalism, life skills

Phase 2 - Months (4-8):
Applied technical development (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair)

Phase 3 - Months (9-12):
Career readiness, foundational leadership skills, permanent employment placement
